The latest issue of Famitsu gives us some details of the upcoming Fabula Nova Crystallis Conference being held on January 11th next year. Tetsuya Nomura helps enlighten us on what’s actually going to take place at the event. See the list below for what’s confirmed so far.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII Screenshots will be released.
New titles will be announced – some not even part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis compilation.
New Dissidia 012 [duodecim] characters will be announced.
…and apparently there will be more surprises revealed at the event itself.
There’s no mention of any trailers being shown at the conference as of yet, but it would seem out of place for there not to be any video footage at all. There is more good news though. Square have confirmed that “some” members of the public will be able to attend the event. Let’s hope it isn’t a huge disappointment.
A new screenshot has been released of Lightning’s debut appearance on the PSP in Dissidia 012 [duodecim]. This time it’s an in-engine screenshot of her look as happy as ever. There isn’t any visible changes to her look – unlike other Final Fantasy characters featured – except a slightly more “chibified” face.
Some screenshots for Dissidia 012 [duodecim] Final Fantasy have been released and in them appears Lightning in all her fighting glory. See the two screenshots below.
Many people were disappointed that Square left their newest heroine out of the incredibly successful Final Fantasy fighter, Dissidia, released last year but their prayers have been answered today with a sequel announced and Lightning confirmed as playable.
Unfortunately titled “Dissidia 012 [duodecim] Final Fantasy”, this new game is set to be released next year. So far, there aren’t any details about Lightning’s appearence in the game but news will begin rolling in when scans become available.
