im planing to get in 2007 cause there arent any games that r avalible when it first, and who knows maybe the price might go down a little bit (even though not likely )
Well im going to preorder one in a week or two. Me and my brother are saving up money for it and we'll hopefully get the rest for a pretty early xmas present. We'll probably end up with just a console and no games .
Also in the UK we only get the 60GB model which is the most expensive one costing £450. Though its soo pricey id still prefer the better model because if we're gonna spend soo much we might as well pay a little (heh) extra to get the better model.
I'm definately getting it for Christmas. I'm only 14 so my mom still gets me pretty great Christmas presents. And i'll probably ask for the 60GB model just because it's better. I mean here it's only $600 so I mean it's not to pricey, well it's my mom's getting it for me, so I don't have to pay a cent.
yah i planing to get the 60GB model too but if i get it for x-mas my sister will literaly steal it from me and take bak with her to collage since i didnt pay for it(thats her philosiphy), so im going to wait and spend it with my own money
I wav going to get a ps3 around march next year when the price goes down.
but seeing as we wont be getting it until march in the first place now. ill probably not get one until around this time next year
Never probably. With the Europe release date, bleh. Also, although I've been loyal to Sony for near all my life, the asking price for the ps3 is far beyond my budjet. X_X;
I will be getting a PS3, most definately, but I'll wait a year after its 's released so the price drops at least a little and any bugs in it get worked out. The PS3 will have so many good features and many games I long await (i.e. FF13 Versus, MGS4, DMC4, and isn't Killzone on PS3?).
I've allready preordered it. But, that was one week before the lack of blue ray diodes...

lol qouting myself well i guess i was wrong about that perdiction of mine, i getting a ps3 TODAY!!(muwhahaha) My cousin was one of the crazy people who camped out in front of a Best Buy, and ended up getting one of the tickets that guarantees that u'll one!!!
we're going to to end up sharing the ps3, since i payed for half of it, but i dont care!!

You're getting one today!? Well I guess you'll be the first on the forums to get one. I wish I at least had the oppurtunity to get one even if it meant camping out

I feel sorry for you I think the most annoying thing would be camping for so long and having the last PS3 sold before you...
I cant believe that in some cases they only have around about 10 at each store. Thats ridiculous. When some people camping outside Best Buy found out, they all had a fight to the front acording to the news. So far the worst I've heard is a drive by shooting hitting some people camping out and a reporter...with a BB gun
Also today they just banned all PS3 sales on eBay.co.uk. That means no chance for us getting a PS3 before March at all unless we go to somewhere like China Town in New York.
