I actually like the jagged lines in the background They look faintly like swords, or blades. Maybe putting a border around the image?
EDIT: It looks like the pink bar with the font goes from behind her to in front of her right arm. It's just my personal opinion, but I would put it behind.
Another personal opinion/idea (hehe...): You're screenname is MissChoco, but I see you like to use the title "Moon Child" as well. Maybe making the text for "MissChoco" larger, while putting a smaller "Moon Child" beneath or above it. I think that would making a stronger focus on which one to look at.

i'v took in the things you said into ccount yurian. but with one exception........
i couldnt remove the pink bar in front of her arm because i saved the image after merging all the layers>yes a stupid thing to do

I think a solid black border like that is a little too harsh on something so light; for me, I usually just use white on overlay for the border. I like nice thin 1px borders too, but that's just me xD
