Yup. Still, seeing our world today it has advanced quite a bit. Sure we can't have like...ten weapons circle around us and protect us from an army of soldiers shooting at us but hey, that's what video games are for right?

Yeah i think itīs awesome with this setting. And the fact that outside the futuristic city, the world is underdeveloped, like midieval times. Thatīs an interesting and original idea. Pretty cool to enter some backwater village with hi-tech guns and black leather clothes eh? Hope Nomura doesnīt make this game so linear and small as KH2. I was really dissapinted at KH2. But didnīt he say he was afraid "Versus was going to be too big"? If he said that, im gettin some good vibes from this one!
I agree Ragnarök. Since im from sweden, i know itīs spelled that way. HAH! Northern Mythology Pawns! (i am not a creepy freak nerd thing.)
Sorry for the Off topic. Well, nice idea from mr. Nomura. Oh! And didnt he said that an "awesome" trailer was gonna be released soon? Like in E3 or even earlier? That, i gotta see!
Hmmm, I see how it looks futuristic but I see how its present day-ish time too with the cars and that. I think its the dark midnight setting that makes it look futury and thats probably the idea they were looking for.
im probably liking this game becuse of its resemblance to our time as its meant to be.
like kadaj said its probably the night setting that gives it the futuristic appeal. otherwise daytime would reveal different......
Ragnarok, wouldīt it be very boring if it they made it like ff7? Then it wouldnt be a new and interesting FF, it would be a copy of an old one. Besides, what if the new games become even better than 7? Always look at the bright side of life.
Sorry, to me it sounded like you wanted it to be like ff7. Yeah, to get one as epic as 7 would be nice. Maybe we can considering the team workin on the game. Almost all of them are from the ff7 team.
