Forum modifications

Well i've made some changes to the forum and installed some mods.

Welcome Panel

At the top of the forum index. I just think it looks nice and it makes navigating the forum slightly easier.

Warning System

Hopefully this wont be necessary but if we get more members and some misbehave then we made can use this.

Users Online Today

A pretty pointless mod i guess but i like it

I definitely like the welcome panel.

For the warning system, are you going to have warning guidelines written up? Just curious.

edit - btw, am I the only one that's having trouble with the online/offline bars, because I don't see them anymore.

Yes im gonna write up some rules. Nothing harsh like alot of forums seem to like (e.g no swearing) I believe most members should be mature enough to know whats right to post and wrong to post.

Yes the Online bar has kinda died because of template changes in the vB options. If you also look at the bottom of the forum index, the legend for the new, old and locked forum posts has gone all weird I fixed them before by stealing some code from Furins site but its down temporarilly so i'll get it tomorrow.
