It's actually called "Otherworld".
And I believe the singer is Bill "xtillidiex" Muir.

Yeah that's right, no idea where Otherside came from

I have to admit I can't remember exactly, I would of thought Auron at some point as well as Yuna but that's just a guess.

What are all tidus overdrives called?

Although already anserd corectly,I have the urge of going a bit further.

The default is called Spiral Cut.
2nd is Slice & Dice and is gained after 10 Overdrive atacks,3rd is Energy Rain gained after 30 Overdrive atacs,and final 4th is Blitz Ace after 80 Overdrive attacs.

I'll give you a clue, it's one of the besaid aurochs very early in the game.
And also at the very start in Zanarkand (the bridge)
