Wind:
Of Gallant Skies
Quote:
Dancing within flames
Doth Azure Dragon beckon.
Trembling doth not.
Death, death from weakest,
Predominant crescent gales.
It falls yet again.
Ritualing in pyre
with sobbing and blooms sadness,
Vermillion Phoenix.
Avidity grows,
Sleeping between entities.
Fertilizing love.
Heaven descends life,
Conceiving ones bright birth right,
Qilin, the new life.
Alas Chimera,
Divine lineage beyond,
ones zealously grasp.
Child evanescing,
Disappearing in free,
Rising Prince is Wind.

Side Notes
Sides Notes are something that give more of a description or explaination. Though I wont give everything away.
One hard thing about the poem is that its hard to comprehend because of its generaliness. On that same note, the generaliness is its major strength. In that you have to imagine or picture whos doing what.
For instance one way to look at this is 2 countires bickering with each other. Another is more literal while using the actual animals: A dragon, Phoenix and Chimera.
But what is Qilin? Qilin is a Chimera (meaning a mixed mythological creature). Qilin looks like this
Qilin actually has various names ranging from Kirin, Kilen, Girin, Kylin, and so on. He also has various appearances depending on the asain culture. One has him looking like a dog (such as the pic above) another is a Giraffe, etc.
