Using the Animation palette.
You'll screencap every frames (its a pain in the ass DDD ) and paste them in different layers. Then manage to shop one layer per frame (frame 1 showing just layer 1, frame 2 showing just layer 2 etc.). Save for web -> choose all the thing you want for the better quality/less space -> Save.

Can you make ao tutorial for making animation Avas and Signatures and do I need VD cutting
for those things? Is it so what I have to do?
All you need is Photoshop CS3. Go to file>import>video frames to layers. After you selected your frames (I suggest you also check the box where it skips frames and set it to around 4 because if not, your video might become slow), click ok. Then you can go to Window>animations and you can mess around with it. When you are happy, go to file>save for web and devices and there, you can choose the size of your thing.

I have try it but it doesn't work somehow, there is a other window where I read
"Could not complete the Video frames to layers command because Quicktime version
7.1 or later is required."
