My engine piston

just something I mocked up in SolidEdge in less than two minutes. used protude to make a cylinder, and hole-function three times to make the holes on the sides and the space inside the piston. it took me longer time to upload these images than to make the piston.

Nice work. Was there a specific reason you made an engine piston though?

The only 3D program I know is autoCAD since we had it in school. It works really nice, but its really a 2D program and therefor a shitty 3D creator.

AutoCad was good for what it was meant to be used for though. In my product design coursework it sort of looks 3D, even though its only 2-Dimensional.
