i was thinking of getting a PS3(60gig) at Philippines (thats where i live)
and i saw the price a slaughtering 51,000 pesos. ($1000 by my calculations!)
now im thinking of buying a Wii instead (i wanna try out Legends of Zelds:TP)
its half the price and way smaller and compact. and seems good excersize
maybe i should get a ps3 next year (2008) when the price drops (seriusly drops)
ok, tell me why PS3 is so expensive?
1) Its BIG with lots of stuff in it...
2) its by Sony
3)better graphics?
4)limited?
5)you can play Final Fantasy FNC and Kingdom Hearts and mostly every game u love

A world in between...
A forgotten world...
- Ps3 is the most powerful game console ever.
- It comes as a Blu-Ray player AS STANDARD (Blu-Ray will replace DVD's in the future methinks )
- Lots of good looking new games in the works
- Lots of good games coming out for it, loads of sequels to games I love on PS2 :p
- Its more than a games console.
CELL processor is EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! and not to forget Resistance: Fall Of Man, Motorstorm (in wich tiltsteering is everything, no fun with analog), FFXIII, FFvXIII, Tekken DR will be coming on the online store, Eye Of Judgement looks awesome, and PS# has way better graphics than X360, and Wii is literally skin and bones. And Blu-ray will OWN HD-DVD. Did I ever mention that Motorstorm is awesome with tiltsteering?

The PS3 is the MOST powerful one out of all three new gen systems. Not to say that the Wii isn't fun though. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is so AWESOME!! The PS3 doesn't really have a lot of games out yet. The Wii has way more, including Zelda:TP.
lol The Wii does give you exercise. The first time I played it, I did the bowling. I didn't even do it for more than hour probably, and the next day, my arms were sore. I also played baseball and tennis, that's why both arms were sore. lol
I've only played Genji so far on my PS3. It looks soooooo good! Another plus to the PS3 is that the Advent Children Complete will be coming out on BLU ray sometime in 2007, so if you don't have a PS3 to watch it on, then you better buy a $1,000 BLU ray DVD player. hmmm.. It all depends on what you like to play.
I have the PS3 and Wii. But now I have no money. lol
Overpriced! Yes. Will I buy it? Only if the store near me run an offer for the fist day. (it usually does) But that means I have to fight for it early in the morning
Is it worth fighting? YEAH!!
