Is this FFXIII on PS2?

FFXIII's development started for PS2 and later moved to PS3.

While I was watching the ending ingame scene from the 13th December FF13 trailer. I've noticed that some part of the ingame were very bad compared to the screens from IGN. In My opinion this could easily run on the PS2 and the footage at the end of this trailer could be the PS2 version. This is a comparison:

I think this has more to do with early vs. later builds -and- screenshots on standard vs Hi-def. It's not really so easy to say, turn a little knob to make the game have worse graphics. Especially not now. If they wanted a PS2 version they'd pretty much have to go through and redo the entire game.

The old graphics do look pretty shit, but not PS2.

FFXIII was on the PS2 but development moved to PS3 before it was announced. There wont be a PS2 version.
