I have had this idea since I discovered that there are a few people in Estonia who know what FF is but there doesn't seam to be any good sites about it. Every time I wanted some info or some images I had to search through the thousands of different sites and I'm tired of it.
So - what I need to put up something as good as this place?
What Dante said. You also need a good, reliable host too and some wiked hot HTML skills. You are competent with HTML, non? You would need a lot of time to develop the site as well...
The layout and the content I can handle but all the rest is confusing. I have absolutely no experience with HTML and basically everything I know about computers I have learned while listening to my little brother.
what do i have to consider while choosing a domain and a host, what kind of program I need to build up the site?
I consider myself a fast learner so there shouldn't be a problem I just need some guidance.
If you need any help with HTML, depending on the kind of layout you make, i may be able to help.
First you need a host. My sites, as well as this one, are all hosted by DreamHost. They used to suck but they got new management or something and now theyre really good. Since joining with them in March, I think I havent had any downtime or problems whatsoever. (God, I sound like a rep XD) If you search around their forums you can find some coupon codes that get you money off and stuff. I get 200GB Space and 2 terrabytes of bandwidth a month, but i think they add 2GB a month to both or something
I programs i use for my site are; Photoshop (Or something similar), Dreamweaver 8 and Notepad, sometimes. You'll also need something to upload the files to your server. I use SmartFTP, it does the job.
Cant think of anything else off the top of my head...
Edit: Oh! You can choose a domain from: http://godaddy.com the name is weird, yes ;p but their prices are good.

Try and stay original
You don't want to be just like every other Final Fantasy site. There is a huge surplus of generic FF sites however many of them are quite good. If you're going to go down this route you must make sure you have some original content that will draw in visitors.
Coding your layout
HTML is horrible. The worst thing to do is just plunge yourself into it. You have to have a some sort of web design program and I'd say the best is Dreamweaver. There are hundreds of Dreamweaver tutorials over on Google, some pretty good.
Hosting and Domains
Like Dante said above Godaddy.com is the cheapest place to buy domains. I don't know how much you know about hosting or if you have experience with FTP but the cheapest place I've found for amazing hosting but scarily cheap is Dreamhost.com. Their plan costs $119 a year which is a pretty good price but then if you look on their forums they have people with promo codes in their signatures giving $97 off In total I payed $22 for my hosting for a year which is about the price for 4 months on other hosts.
Anymore questions you want specificaly answered ask us because we don't really know what level of knowledge you have on sites.
But, I'm, serious!? Its from the show pixel perfect and it gives 10% off.

Thank you for the advice. I would start right now if Dreamweaver wouldn't cost more than an average wage in Estonia. I really don't know how can you afford it...

Wouldn't it need a code since it is an Adobe product. I already messed my chance with CS2...
Also I was wondering how much space I would need and can i pull it off by myself or do I need to find some help?
I find it easy to download 3 versions of it and try them all until it works
Takes a bit time tho...

Download the trials, then find some cracks or something for them. I cant help you with the dreamweaver one, youll have too look for yourself.
