Nomura says it's Early Days

Japanese magazine GeMag had the chance to speak with Mr Nomura recently and it looks like Versus is some time away. At the moment he's involved in the production of 5 titles and one he won't speak about and he says PS3 games aren't his first priority. Here's a translation I've tried to clean up from German.

He says that he would gladly bring the game out earlier for Playstation 3 yet the development software isn't completed yet. From his viewpoint as Director the start on the PS3 is slow but it is however unavoidable as the software isn't finished. He also says that next year he would like to show some more game scenes and introduce the game system itself.

It look's like 2007 is going to be a busy year for Nomura but once all the current games are released he should be able to concentrate on his new creation. That's if Disney doesn't persuade him to start Kingdom Hearts 3.

Ahg, screw KH3 for all I care, it might be an ok game but it can wait. I wish Versus was his main priority...my only hope is that FFXIII will come out as early as it can and keeps me busy until Versus.

Well Nomura has done alot of his job with XIII it seems and he said that it shouldn't affect it so thats good. Shame Versus is going to be a while but at least both titles won't be affected. I didn't see them coming out at similar times anyway.

i wouldn't mind a KH3, but on the other hand i really want to play Versus, hmm the turth is that i wouldnt mind which one he does first, but KH3 and Versus arnt his only projects. Well at least we have FFXII i nvr expected them to have them come out together either

KH2 Final mix: is done
Beautiful World: looks crappy
KH3: better not
FF Versus XIII: yes, please
Crisis Core: gimmie now before Kingdom of Paradise 2

damn can't come up with the rest of his workload. I don't believe Final Mix belongs on that list. So what is the other game?

well nomura-san should work on each one out of sequence. in my opinion, he should work on the one where hes put alot of effort and time on.thats why kh and versus are well known...

Advent Children: Complete is the one you missed out Desi

but that can't take that long. Also KH2 Final Mix now has an official release date. It's supposed to come out in Japan March 29th according to FF7AC Reunion. One down 4 more to go!

They actually have to work on Complete? I thought it was three scenes and touch ups. Oh well, if Advent Children is the fifth one we at least know he will be off the list soon.
