Broke teh Site :(

I keep trying to fix the damn site code so it loads faster but i accidently replaced the original navbar file Spent ages getting it back and the annoying thing is it hasnt made a difference to loading speeds. I think its as fast as its gonna go :/

I shall make a new layout and improve the damn forums before xmas! hopefully before it falls apart.
