The Official PS3 and Xbox 360 Exclusive List

It seems many of us disagree with the way Xion is running his thread so let's start an official one which will be ran properly. Japanese games are still exclusives, even if they aren't released world wide

. Current Generation Console exclusives only. If it's on a last generation console as well as a current generation console, it isn't an exclusive. If it's on PC and a current generation console, it isn't an exclusive. We won't have a Wii list but they still count. Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network titles which aren't on Discs aren't included. All titles are listed in alphabetical order.

Feel free to post additional suggestions to the list below but remember, the games have to be officially announced for the console.

Does Valkyrie Chronicles have anything to with the Atlus/Square Enix games they made together? If so I cant wait to play it. Also I have yet to play Heavenly Sword but I dont want to play it yet cuz I'm already playing Folklore, DMC 4, and Persona 3.

I can't wait till God of War 3 comes out

Looks like sony is steppin up

Well it's on PC now and people complained about Bioshock (before it went multi). If it's on PC it isn't counted as exclusive.

Valkyrie Chronicles is made by Sega and looks pretty meh. I advise renting Heavenly Sword because it's really good but too short for the price.

I rrrrreeeaaaallllllyyyy hope and wish that tri-Ace kept their games on the same platforms they always used (´_`). Hope they at least go multiplat like they probably will do. There is still HOPE! It's not like they WON'T be for PS3. ( Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope and Infinite Undiscover are the games i'm looking foward to the most out of all games and they just had to be 360 ex }

Yeah I was going to borrow it at work, and I heard it was pretty sort to. But is it a good game even in its shortness?

If only it was a bit longer. The first good exclusive really.

It is quite alot like God of War with Nariko

. Same gameplay mechanics with less gore.

it's not like GoW. It's a great game but once you finish it you don't want to play it again.

Red Dead Revolver 2 is unannounced..

other than that, its a good list. If Including Arcade ports and games no one will play unless imported. My list was games that simply do not exists anywhere else in any way shape or form. I was going to add a japan only subcategory but you didnt give me a chance

Red Dead 2 was announced? can you show me a link to an official story. and If you want to leave Forza 3 thats fine, Im just saying its not offical yet but it might as well be. That game sounds like a great competitor to GT5 i cant wait to see it. It does no good to have an expensive demo of a game, and the actual game listed as 2 seperate titles...but if you insist i wont pull an Afrika on you. And Ninja Gaiden? really...ok...

That is a strategy game that has a unique twist in it where YOU move and control your characters... sorta like an FPS but.... not. You would just have to see gameplay, its hard to explain.

And it looks gorgeous too boot. It'll be a great addition to PS3.

GT5 is taking too long to give us the goods. Then again, they spend two weeks to model a car which is an impressive amount of time. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a remake but I think the majority of people would agree that it's a new game.

Ok so red dead 2 is real..but can it be proven as an exclusive? Rockstar is a third party so unless they announced a platform for it then it doesnt count. NGS is about as much of an exclusive as Guitar Hero 2 on 360..and again GT5 Prologue and GT5 are the same thing....please dont hate me

Good point, I'll remove Red Dead Revolver from the list. Also, NGS is more of a new game than GH2. Well I've bought GT5 Prologue and I'm going to buy GT5. I can buy them both as separate games on one system making them both exclusives in my mind.

I knew about GoW1 being out on PC as well but since you had other titles that were out on PC I didn't think it mattered, but you've removed those now anyway so

Why are they releasing Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty on blu-ray when its only supposed to be about 4 hours long? I thought that was the whole point of putting it on the PSN.

My mistake about the other PC titles. Was rushing the list a bit. They're releasing Ratchet and Clank on Blu ray for a lower price than a normal game (like GT5 Prologue).

I'm glad really. Blu rays are sexier than downloads.
