Thank you for the customer service annoucement kit, but you forgot "in person" since we do know each other that way and you should really add all those useful ways into the rules :O.
anyway, i was on MSN and you didn't say a thing while you were online, so i guess Forums were the next best thing.
All you do is close things (ACF plz).
