Yes,I agree Vaan was a selfish,unorignal and boring.As for Shotgun Guy when I read the trailer description,he seems different.I`m hoping that Shotgun guy would be atleast not that selfish as Vaan or Tidus if he turns..er uh not a great character as I expected.At the back of my head I have a feeling that Shotgun guy can get into lots of trouble and over reacts alot,but yet is very loyal.

Haha I have to admit I was like "ugh a dumb post -.-" but when I saw that picture my reaction changed immediately. But I guess these days in Square the some characters are just bound to look like others from previous final fantasies.
I was half expecting a vaan look alike in this heh.
