Edit: Plus, if Iwas looking for anyone to being Cloud, it wouldn't be Mr. 33cm. He doesn't look that much like cloud from what we have seen, besides blonde hair and blue eyes. He seems alot bigger in stature than Cloud, in my opinion.

Yes, blond hair and blue eyes obviously = Cloud. He just got a lot of plastic surgery, a new, happier fashion advisor and a complete personality makeover. But it's obviously Cloud, because he has blue eyes and blond hair.

You can tell from the width of his body it isn't Cloud, FF/FFAC went with a very emo look of where the characters are very thing but also musular. This guy looks like he doesn't have much muscle, more the sniper from VIII then Cloud imo.
