Who or indeed what do you think Ven is in KH: BBS? His features, clothes and voice (said by nomura in an in his first interview on the game) are all the same as Roxas from KH2. I think it may be Roxas's Nobody. Roxas is Sora's nobody, so why can't a nobody have it's own nobody? Roxas' and the Org. were special nobodies - so close to real people. Of course I probably have this theory blown out of the water completely but Its fun to speculate. What do you guys think?
During this speculation its helpful to know that BBS takes place 10 years before the first KH, so it would be impossible for Ven to be Roxas' Nobody. And even if it didn't take place 10 years before, it's still unlikely because a.) Nobody's don't have a heart and so can't become Heartless and therefore also have a Nobody, b.) even if they did have hearts, Roxas never became a Heartless and so shouldn't have a Nobody, and c.) Nobody's tend to look different in some way to their originals, not exactly the same.
If taking .b) into account we've yet to see what happened to Roxas in his early years, he could have became a heartless before the happenings of KH2. It could be that in order for Roxas to have a heart and be a nobody maybe when Ven was around somehow his heart got passed into Sora. Like somehow birth by sleep is goin down its all hell and highwater, ven's gonna die so THROUGH TEH PWR OF KINGDOM HEARTS his heart goes to sora not unlike that of Kairi's. So like all in KH1 Sora had two hearts, no scratch that plus Kairi's=THREE hearts lol no wonder the keyblade went for him over Riku (even though Riku was the "Chosen one") So then when "Roxas" Got created he got half of sora, Ven's heart. lol? I know it's random but isn't that the point of speculation -- you can all laugh now, lol. Speculate to accumulate.
Well Roxas was born around the end of KH1, and by the time KH2 starts a year has passed, so Roxas really has only been in existance for one year. Even if Roxas became a Heartless (which he shouldn't do if he is a true Nobody without a heart, although Namine and Axel speculated that Roxas did have a heart) before KH2, Ven being born as Roxas' Nobody still makes no sense since Ven was around 10 years before Sora even became the Keyblade Master.
But maybe some of your other theory has some plausibility. Ven could have given his own heart to Sora as protection, and then when Sora became a Heartless, the Nobody born took on the form of Ven since some of his essence resided in Sora.
What I don't understand in that ending is why Ven didn't just smack that old bad guy with his keyblade. He was obviously in range. Is it just me or does that not seem like the most rational course of action when your being held by you head by a super-fast, super-strong invincible old guy?
I know that there is some kind of connection to this. Ven is I know related to Sora. I wonder why he looks like roxas. I think he is someone from the past and incidentally became sora's nobody.
How about Roxas is just an image of Ven. Perhaps Sora met Ven some time in the past so Sora's Nobody took the image of Sora's memories of Ven. Does it even make sense?

it does make sense, but that would lead to what did Sora's nobody look like?
Ven is probably roxas in a dream. dunno, but i know there is a connection between the two.

One very odd thing I have noticed about Ven is that when it comes to his clothing it is a little schizophrenic the right half is mostly what Roxas wore in KH2 and such but the left half is something different it is quite literally split in the middle on the top I know that for sure. I wonder if this means anything either maybe, maybe not. It is hard to come up with a theory at the moment as to why exactly Ven looks like Roxas. Naturally you want to start with what you actually know which is mostly about Roxas in general but you have to keep in mind that Ven exists in this game 10 years in the past. You then have to throw most of your theories out the window. Blood relations don't work for sure. Although I wonder if there is a blood relation to Sora and Terra. He does look at Riku and Sora playing on the beach and calls one of them friend but which one? I honestly don't think we have enough information at this point to make any logical or correct assumptions as to why they look alike and if they have a connection or not. Kind of like in math for instance some problems you just don't have enough info to solve. So you sometimes resort to guessing which is like shots in the dark I think we just need a little bit more info to start making educated guesses </rant>

obviasly there will be a good reason to why they look alike, i cant put any theory toguether on this one, since they both come from completly different backrounds.
One is from Sora's body, the other lived 10 years bethore Sora... im sure they will come up with a good xplanation.
