Tokyo Game Show - Trailer?

Is there going to be a Trailer at TGS?
If there is (which most likely) it better not be in Closed Mega theatre cause then i'd be pissed.
Whens the last trailer that has been showed to the public? the first one which was 2006 E3.
I think we've waited long enough for the next trailer to be shown to public.
