I have created the following information as a basis for our roleplay to run on. With that, I've left many possibilities for you to expand on it. Be creative - what hasn't been mentioned is yours to create.

For creating threads, each thread is dedicated to a certain area on Second Earth. Depending on the usage of that thread, or the signficance of that thread, the area designated can be as large or as small as perceived efficient. For example, one thread may be labeled "Little Town" - a general area that is quite large - whereas another thread may be labeled "Jail Cell", which is much smaller but is created because it may be used more often.

If you prefer to download it:

Part 1 - General Information: This information is MUST READ information.

Part 2 - Elaborated Information: This information, which elaborates upon the General Information, does not require you to completely read it - it's rather lengthy. For example, because I'm not from Malaysia, I don't know much about the Malaysian government or about the environment Malaysia is characterized by. In that, though, if you plan to interact with a wide variety of environments and create a wide variety of characters, please read the expanded information provided.

Part 3 - Character Ability/Physics Information: Read this information before you create a character. It expands upon what kind of abilities/weapons you can create etc. Note: Bolded text are information that you MUST read before creating a character.

About Tournaments (Azurren Tournament, Vermilian Tournament, May Tournament, local tournaments, state tournaments, etc.):

Tournaments work on a 'tournament' design, where winners of a lower level tournament succeed to a higher tournament. For example, the winners of a city level tournament are able to succeed to the state level tournament, etc. The Azurren and Vermilian Tournaments are national tournaments, while the May Tournament - held in Gurei - is an international tournament.

It is extremely difficult to get into the tournament, as many talented competitors gather to make it to the top.

At young ages, all children are required military training along with academic training until at least the age of seventeen. (This may be an exception in the Red Unity countries, as lower level classes cannot afford such costs.) Soul Siphons are introduced, and usually everyone who graduates from this training keeps their Siphon as a memory of their acheivement. From there, the important decision of staying on route towards a military career, or selecting a different career - doctor, professor, restaurant waiter, etc. - is made. If the decision of continuing a military career is made, students have to continue military study until the age of twenty one. From there, a tournament is opened each year to allow these participants to strive for fame and acknowledgement.

Hey guys, I'm really interested in your character profiles and all their abilities. If you like, you can certaintly create your own faction, or go along as an independent. After all, it's your character - there are no restrictions, as long as it isn't something so random as to detract from the roleplay.

On the cases where I mentioned "Celerity" and "Catharsis" - those two are just examples. They're basics that are taught to most every military personnel in the roleplay. You can come up with your own if you like. I'll provide a couple more here . I've actually got a humongous stock of interesting words that I collect, but I won't be giving them all away hehe...

Anthrocoscopy: the art of determining character or personal characteristics from from the form or features of the body, especially the face
Aposematism: colored or structured in a way that indicates special capabilities for defense
Batrachian: of the toad or frog family; toad-like or frog-like
Conflagration: a destructive fire, usually an extensive one
Coruscation: the act of emitting vivid flashes of light; sparkling; scintillating; gleaming
Inundation: the act of flooding, the act of overspreading or covering with water
Obfuscation: the act of darkening
Ossification: the act of hardening like bone; the act of turning into bone
Susurrous: full of whispering or rustling sounds
Vitrescent: glass-like

I'm getting some questions about what exactly a 'Soul Siphon' is and how exactly does it work. I'll provide my explanations in a Q&A format.

Q: Why is a Soul Siphon necessary?
A: Soul Siphons are used for materializing matter or energy, and in that case it is used to protect the user from being hurt by his own creation. For example, if a user were to materialize fire without a Soul Siphon, he'd probably burn himself. With a Soul Siphon - like a sword - the user can materialize the fire on the more durable metal.

In the case of abilities such as 'Celerity' or 'Catharsis', a Soul Siphon is not neccessary, because the user is performing actions that are natural to the bodily process of creating energy.

Q: What are Soul Siphons?
A: Soul Siphons are objects that absorb the user's antimatter, and transmit the antimatter as matter or energy. They are different from regular objects because they have been 'injected' with a fragment soul, which is part of a soul, or an amount of antimatter (usually the user's for sentimental purposes). Usually, the user creates a Soul Siphon based on a weapon such as a sword or a gun, in order to double the ability of the object. For example, making a Soul Siphon out of a twig is inefficient, because it would 1) be easy to break and 2) be of no use other than as a Soul Siphon.

Q: Do Soul Siphons create matter/energy?
A: No. Soul Siphons absorb the user's antimatter, which the user then manipulates into matter/energy. The Soul Siphon itself is not reorganizing antimatter into matter or energy.

Q: What kind of matter/energy can a person create?
A: Theoretically, a person can create any type of matter or energy. However, there is an extent to the form or amount of matter/energy a person can create. Form wise, the normal military personnel, much less a higher up, could probably not create an elaborately created painting/statue - it requires skill of assembling a painting/statue for artists themselves. Amount wise, a person could probably not create an olympic swimming pool amount of water - that would be thousands of gallons.

Hopefully that clears some questions up. If you have anymore, please ask in the Suggestions/Questions/Discussion thread in case anybody else may have the same question.

Each year, the winners of the May Tournament are chosen as the elite bodyguards of the Gureino Government. As the eight leading soldiers of the Gureino Government, they are one of the most powerful military figures across the planet.

With eight new soldiers chosen each year, the group of elite bodyguards totals up to more than a hundred. Each year is labeled a certain number, starting from the first year when the World Peace and the May Tournament was instigated into a yearly custom. For example, the first group of eight warriors is Group 1, whereas the latest group of eight warriors is Group 295.

Although their purpose is to instill the peace between countries, their personal existence has become somewhat of a pointless one. They are but soldiers training, standing, eating, sleeping, but otherwise never doing anything else.

Keep in mind that countries in the:
Blue Alliance = industrial setup with not only large skyscraper cities but smaller towns around them.
Red Unity = medievil setup, with large fortified cities characterized by a central urban center and surrounding farmlands.
Gureino Government = many futuristic research cities.
