E3 begins on July 11th which is just under 3 weeks away and each of the FFXIII games are should make an appearance. What I want to know is what you're all expecting to be there. Think there's actually going to be new trailers released to the public? or do you think they're gonna just bring their infamous Closed Mega Theater and leave us all out again. Tell us your expectations!
I just hope we get some new trailers for FFXIII and hopefully a playable demo for Crisis Core which I can download later ^^
I also hope we get some ingame stuff for Versus.. I really wanna know what its gonna be like but we prolly wont get to see that..

I would just like there to be something new. New trailers and footage, hopefully. And maybe a name given to the Versus Guy, that Mr.33 cm guy, and some others. Something new....that's all I'm asking for......something we can build upon and discuss.
It'll probably just be the same old trailers seeing as FFXIII and Versus are still so far away from release. Square's E3 stand would probably focus mostly on games that are actually coming out this year like Crisis Core and Dragon Quest IX.
I would really like to see the trailers that where shown in the closed mega theather... especially the versus trailer. I wanna see more ass-kicking!!!
And yeah versus guy's name would be nice... but I don't dream about seeing some actual gameplay from versus since that would be too good to be true *sigh*
When talking about the upcoming E3 2007 on the very popular 1UP Yours Podcast, Editor Garnett Lee and EGM Previews Editor Bryan Intihar said the unfortunate following at 1:35:25 (June 29th Podcast).
"Disappointment's always a big question, what do you think's going to be disappointing us Bryan? I mean come on, I know you have all kinds of stuff on that." -Garnett
"Well the obviously big disappointment is that, there will be no Final Fantasy XIII what so ever." -Bryan
"Right." -Garnett
"I think that's a huge disappointment." -Bryan
"I'm not the only one that would stand in line for that." -Garnett
1UP has strong connections with many gaming companies, and it would be little surprise if they are right on this. Although, Square Enix has surprised everyone in the past.
Yeah I read that. I can't say I listened to the whole podcast but I couldn't find where they mentioned FFXIII . Still I can't believe it. 1up.com has never been an accurate source for information so it's most likely untrue.

I still expect to only see a repeat of the same trailer they shown at the Square-enix party.
Hopefully available to the public because the media is getting tired of seeing the same thing with 4 seconds of a new scene. You can tell by their reports. The public on the other hand would have 1 minute or more of a scenes to divulge in for a couple months. And if there is a new Fabula trailer I only expect for a new spin-off or XIII itself.
Gameplay videos if only for a few mere seconds would be a godsend, so would some more concrete details not just how they want it to be. That would shutup everyone for a few months until they get tired of ripping apart the scenes like we (the people) did for the last trailer more then a year ago.
Also remember the development team's big build of this E3. How to keep an eye out for this one, more at E3, etc.
