What monsters learn "HP+25%" to infuse?

My Lightning only has about 5500HP and I think that is pretty low.
So can any one tell me what monster I can infuse into her to get "HP+25%"?

Also, what does the "Siphon Boost" skill do?
Lightning has that skill and I have no idea what it is.

To my knowledge the Pulse Knight at the beginning of Episode 2 is a good and easy to upgrade source for the HP+25% passive ability. Others include: Chunerpeton (Yaschas Massif 110AF), Yasksha (Vile Peaks 10AP), Bunkerbeast (Yaschas Massif 100AF), Flandit (Both Sunleth Waterscapes), Luminous Puma (Augusta Tower 200AF), Mewmmao (Archylte Steepe) and Yakshini (Vile Peaks 010AF)

Even though you didn't ask here are some with HP+30% (!!) Bigger investments but better pay off!
Pulse Gladiator (Archylte Steepe), Forked Cat (Oerba 400AF), Necrosis (Yaschas Massif 10 and 1X AF), Lucidon (Oerba 200AF)

As for Siphon Boost I and II it increases the ATB gauge recovery after using a Siphon Ability (Fearsiphon, Faultsiphon, etc) SB I increases it by 50% and SB II increases it 100%

Speaking of Infusion, what is the best monster to Infuse Auto-Haste?
My Purple Chocobo need some Haste

Yoinked right from that guide, it lists alot of abilties considered important and which monsters learn them. Besides that there is alot of other info (like nice builds for DLC monsters). I got to give props for the people who made it, it's quite extensive.

I tried leveling up the Pulse Gladiator and only got up to HP+16% at level 5. (Was talking too much materials)
Then I tried the Lucidon and got a HP+25% which I just gave to Lightning. I am okay with the 25%.
Now, are there any other monsters that learn Siphon Boost, because my Lightning just lost it?
I can't use my Metal Cactaur because he has other abilities which will make Lightning's Magic and Strength +20% go away.
