I'm aware of this (I wasn't saying they could tell what the other was wearing wherever and whenever they were), I was saying that they most likely end up wearing identical acessories, hair styles or clothing more on a subconscious level than any real intention of mirroring each other. Seeing that Square's gone out of their way to mention the indentical symbols on Serah's dress and Lightning's shield, it clearly fits into the overall tale (whatever it may be in its competition) on some level connecting to the Farron sisters.

Man, Noel doesn't fit in with this at all. Or it is just me?

^ To be fair, none of us knows the whole story for the Farrons. But speculating from the looks of the recent trailers, I say Serah needs Noel's assistance, so he is fitting. Or do you not consider that as fitting?
