^the 90s would like to have a word with you.
What annoys me is that people thinking that tomb raider is based off uncharted. >>
I just got into TR by getting the trilogy but have not got uncharted (yet), they more or so look very alike but people have to LARA CROFT was BEFORE Nathan Drake.

sorry what i meant was the gameplay looks similar to one another, artifacts etc.
and people think TR was made after Uncharted, based on youtube comments.

I got into Tomb Raider when Tomb Raider II came out, played all the originals. Obviously it will have 'Tomb Raider' in the title, DUHHH. What I meant was, would they add say another word to the title, like 'reborn, reboot' something like that? Because the first game in the series was just called 'Tomb Raider', and I'm not sure if they would be allowed to call the new game the same thing.

And why couldn't they call it that? Do you have any idea how many Ninja Gaiden games are just "Ninja Gaiden"? Have you counted the number of "Prince of Persia"s? Settling on "Tomb Raider" isn't actually a bad idea. It's recognisable and instantly brings to mind a new beginning for the series.
I'm not sure why you have such a problem understanding that they can, in fact, reuse that title without any addenda or changes, hence why I mocked your original post.

actually no i havent said that before. I keep on getting flamed for being a nice person instead of sarcastic users here who were probably all geeks during their school years. Sorry if i dont go on forums a lot and know whats 'the go'
Geek doesnt really cut out for it, i just have spare time. I don't come here often, see my posts.
Also geeks are known to have a sarcastic tone since they dont fit in with society. Whereas Videogames can be hobby, which does not = to friendless.
