I think it's Noctis's Kingdom. It was shown in the first Trailers.
But that is a good speculation.

It's hilarious that they just toss out 3 useless shots and then go back to hiding it again. And I have this feeling that the famous Closed Mega Theater is going to be at TGS.

I guess so, but in the most recent famitsu interview he said something about there being a electrified gate surrounding Noctis' kingdom. In order to prevent the creatures from the wilderness from imposing.

That's exactly what I said to myself, but I actually found it yesterday. Apparently, there are electric wires just before entering the Wilderness outside of his kingdom.

and another thing, is that they are claming that, the game will look on par with CGI (which I really hope so, but c'mon

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I read it, it's just saying there are electrical wires in his country territory, because his country is the kind of country that uses electricity at all, kind of like this (remember the thing about the kingdon being close to modern age and the outher world stuck to middle ages?), not that there is an electrical barrier to keep off monsters a la Jurassic Park.

Hmm, interesting perspective on the electric wires part. The magical barrier part came from that CLOUd pic, but they probably changed it so we'll find out soon enough hopefully.
