R1 Info box in FFXIII

Anyone know the attributes from top to bottom on the info box when fighting an enemy and click R1. The little circle with colors from top to bottom. I can only tell by color cause my tv is cruddy.

It has to stop eventually, even if it's only because a massive solar fart causes such huge electrical interference in the atmosphere that all of our machinery breaks and no one can access the internet, which is down anyway.
