New sig please ?

OK, I want this picture of Cloud in it http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/ar...5111747626.jpg

Heres the things I would like in it:
1.) the sig 4000x200 size
2.) Make the sig have a dark theme aura to it.
3.) Get rid of that text of Square and crap like that in it.
4.) Have my username be in silver all-caps fancy whatever text on the bottom ride side near the ShinRa logo

My details suck so if anyone could do it, that would be awesome. If you need more details, reply.

Download GIMP, its free and legal. Using paint is hard to make sigs, im impressed you made anything in it. xD The best I can do in paint is a cartoon penis.
