SHFL and LiveChat Problems...

I was going to make this thread on Friday, but I thought it'd just be more convenient to get it out of the way. I'm having problems gaining access to the Super Happy Fun Land forum, and viewing the ChatBox. I know I was banned, but gained Shuyu's confirmation that both areas would be unlocked for me after I made a few switches concerning my Signature. However, I've yet to gain access or viewership of either of these privileges. Can a Mod or Admin provide some help with this problem? Thanks in advance.

Chatbox has been having issues for a while, but SHFL has only been down since this morning.
