lol i have the dollet theme as my ringer on my cell but its polyphonic so its doesnt sound as good

i can only remeber "the landing"(aka. dollet theme) and liberi fatali but as far as the other music in the OST i vaguely remember them

I liked the music so much I bought the OST

...It hasn't come yet but it should soon!

"The Landing" is great amongst others such as, "MODS de Chocobo" that surf-rock one and the two slideshow songs in the Laguna section with the Red Dragon.

i dont usally buy OST anymore cause im trying to save money for over things, so i just look all around the internet until i can find the music i want then download it

The music in this game reminds me an awful lot of FFX music. I don't know why but it just has that feeling to me!

Considering the fact that I loved FFX I would consider it a pretty good compliment. However one could also take it as recycled use of the same old thing. SE recycles a lot of ideas and I think that I may add music onto it. It shows a lack of creativity on their part, but I do love the music so I have no room to complain.

the landing, boss music, final boss music, laguna battle, liberi fatali, maybe I'm a lion, w00t, best OST, to say it short. Nobou at his best! VIII was overall the best FF I've played, along with that the FMV's was pretty up-close to even FFX's.

Um...well..for me FF 8's music was cool. Especially the song "Eyes on Me" I loved it.,.I cried when I listened to it

And then music inside the game was great..even though sometimes I fell asleep cos of it XD

THE MISSION! The one that plays during the train mission and the whole garden-gone-crazy-Garden Master scene is so great. I love the chip-choppy sound of it. Compression of Time is pretty good and freaky too.

The Stage is Set and The Extreme are some of my favourite tracks from the FFVIII OST. It's my second favourite OST coming right under FFIX. It was pretty great, Eyes on Me was a pretty good song that went along great with the situations it was played in. Piano version is better though, imho.

Wang fei, the singer of "Eyes on Me",is my favourate female singer.

That's not something I'd brag about if I were you.

Anyways, the music from VIII was the best of the series, IMO. Dollet's music was great as was Fithos Lusoc.

Please take a careful look at the date a topic was last posted in before you post. This one has been dead for over a year. And that sole post frm November of last year was another bump from June.

the whole ST is epic, I love Liberi Fatali but also I like boss fight music( cant remeber the name) and balamb garden
there is really too many of them, all pieces are nice really

I propose you don't bump ancient topics. Of course it was near the top of the section, there's very little activity in the Final Fantasy subforums.
