Well with brand new Final Fantasy's and other games it would still take more than two years because they would have to come up with a brand new story with new character's and everything. But my point with VII is that they already have the engine, and they already have the storyline and characters, so they're half done already.

EDIT: I think it will be TWEWY 2 as the company that made it (called Jupiter) has not released a single game since it came out. KHIII is by the Versus XIII team so that's not it. Could be FFVII Remake but Kitase team only just finished FFXIII. It could be Dissidia II.

IMO, it's most likely TWEWY 2 or Dissidia II.

I LOVE FFVII but I hope thats not it. I still think its too soon. I'm still enjoying the original FFVII and I could wait another 3-5 years for an announcement. I just hope if they do remake it they do it right, and get every detail back and make the game even better. If they dont FFVII fans like me will be soon calling for a re-remake, lol!

I don't care if FFVII isn't a full remake without a lot of the sidequests and things. I just want to be able to play through the story in a modern way, because I just can't be bothered playing through the cumbersome shit that is the original now.
