You know how you can "Post New Thread" ? Well, next to it, should be an option "Post New Poll." You should know what a poll thread is. Go to other forums and you'll find them.

Unless he is describing a Poll without the discussion aspect of a thread.
Example: Desi: Great Poster or Greatest Poster(hope people get this). There is no reply to thread button just the poll. I don't see the need for this to be added but I think this is what he means.
