Yes this is one of the only issues I have with SE at the moment, and it's already dissipating. I very much needed those side-stories and prequel. Final Fantasy XI did amazing for itself and XIV is making strides in improving its current situation. I consider Versus XIII's debut trailer in 2006 to be a concept video. It's my understanding that Versus XIII didn't even start full scale production until at least 2 years or more after that which people seem to not understand. While I admit that XIII-3 is almost an inevitability (in one form or another) it has not been confirmed, though I do welcome the idea, I feel the need to make things better for that world. Also, if you remember correctly, amidst the Versus XIII cancellation rumors Yoichi Wada made good mention of it.
I understand that while your typical forum rager might say constantly say they are done with a particular brand or company based off of some trivial injustice (in their mind) I would like to point out that I made no such claim. All I said was that I was disappointed in the response I got from customer service and that in no way is going to affect my overall opinion of them as a company. The End.

Belive me, I wish it was more "Here's a cup of tea, a few cookies and a warm blanket for you while I help you with your problem" - but that wouldn't be cost effective... and that's all companies think about when, perhaps, they should consider customer experience more.
