Storyline completion

hi. ive finished the game and are now completeting all my ceith stone missions. i have read i need to get to serendipty for some other extra items to make me much stronger and would like to have a go on the chocobo races again but cant access the historia crux. Can some1 tell me how or is it not possible after uve completed the game?

Well first I'm curious as how XIII-2 can have any Ceith Stone Missions... Whatever, after beating the final boss and seeing the last scene, the credits start to roll. When they are finished, you are automatically being directed back to the Historia Crux with a new fragment skill and are able to travel to Serendipity if you want or to complete other quests.
