In fact this is in Niebelheim 5 years before Final Fantasy VII. Only a sequence they made in Advent Children when they talked about him (Rufus and Kadaj) but is not where the movie are.

I can't believe I actually gave this a chance. But it really is just the same little bit over and over and over and over. What the hell is good about that? How can you possibly be pleased by this video? Who would watch this the whole way through?

That was 5 seconds of the same scene over and over to some awful music.
