Awesomenauts! You got dudes (and robots and monkeys and frogs and chameleons and... weird brainjar German alien things)! They're in space! And you got one team on one side of the map and you got the other team on the other side and one team is red and the other is blue and each team has two turrets up top and two turrets down below, with a middle section populated by little creatures that don't care any which way about you. At each end of the map is the base for each team. You head forward and you destroy the turrets and the enemy base, while defending your turrets and base. It's 3v3, but you got a bunch of little AI droids that come out in waves.
Yeah, it's a MOBA. IN SPACE. WITH GERMAN BRAINJAR DUDES. It's on a 2D plane, so there's some platforming worked in. It's the accessible console MOBA as opposed to soul-crushing shit-factory hardcore PC MOBA. And it's
pretty darn fun. There's 6 characters currently (with promises for more), some easier to use than others and their roles are fairly distinct. Available on LIVE and PSN, free for PS+ subscribers and there is a demo available, but I'm not sure how extensive it is. Buy it. For PS3. Not 360, I can't have funtime with you on 360.
