Lets be honest, these are two completely different areas within America.
Progression is different.

Also Deus Ex was made over 10 years ago, differences within artists visions at the time differs to the present.
The world today is delving into more advance technology, how the world sees the future is a lot more different from 10 years ago.
They are appealing to mass market visionary of the times of today and how they for see the future, but they have stayed true to the story and the technological differences between both games, which says something.

I preordered this game yesterday. Can't wait to get my hands on it. And thanks for the video and scans, especially the video. Everytime I see the trailer, I can't get over this guy's badass design.More specifically when he punches through the wall and breaks that guys neck, then disappears(fave part). Am I the only who thinks this guy is good looking?
