i beat him 3x cus i wanted 3 iron dukes 4 every1 oh alittle tip use a soul spring on him to reduce his mp to 0 that way he cnt use flare demi or ultima against u oh also to get rid of paragon fast just use lady lucks random reels 777 its quite easy once u get the hang of it plus if u use this on other fiends $$$ never comes so easy just practice alittle hope this helps^^
