Wow... been a long time since I've been on! XD The forum kinda died, non? Been shit busy too. I fail. >o<

Nah, again, got nothing to do with Gaga.

Did something pretty drastic. I've installed a mod which doesn't allow a member to register in under 15 seconds. A human should find it impossible to register that quickly but a bot should be able to do it in 1-4 seconds. Since I've installed it, it's blocked over 100 registration attempts (many are attempts by the same bot because they failed before). I've also deleted over 15,000 accounts, all of which had 0 posts. That's a quick way to remove the signature problem. Feels pretty annoying deleting 3/4 of our members but it had to be done.

Hopefully the problem should be pretty much solved.

Hmmm. A rather large leap in signature spam recently then. I've installed some new anti-spam measures but the forums make it incredibly tedious to ban members and edit their signature out (have to do them all individually). I'll leave them as they are for now but I've added a "nofollow" attribute to the all forum links making their efforts fruitless. They only want search engines to see them, that's why they aren't posting.

I'm not sure how much clearer I can be. You determine which summon best represents the person who posted directly before you- that is, the most recent post- for whatever reason you may have.

College has been a bit of a time drainer but I've faninally managed to get my CV out there. Not heard back from anyone yet but it's not been long. Fingers crossed!
