Official Playstation Magazine has reported on the real power of our PS3's featuring a high resolution picture of Shiva. The article talks about how the Cell Processor and RSX graphics chips help make the PS3 the lead out of the next generation consoles in graphics and uses the HD Shiva image as an example. Nothing really said about XIII except the small caption saying that Square will prove the PS3's "visual prowess" with the game.

how is a CG image of Shiva an example of the PS3's power?...im getting really annoyed with all these scans not showing a single new, or in-game shot, yet go on and on about how great the graphics are..show me something dammit :nag:

They are trying to be forgiven for saying "yes currently the xbox360 is the better game system at the moment" Even while being a official magazine. So they say things like that other then it sounding totally cool. Look at the new Rachet and Clank it sounded awesome with the cell and bluray joke.

I thought I read somewhere (hello vague), maybe in one of my PSM magazines, that some of the things from the trailer are in game. You know, when she's fighting in the train.

But if you just mean new pictures then yeah...that'd be nice and I agree

i know..if you watch the trailer..from start to :30 sec its CG, then its in-game until 1:00..and the rest is CG again
