Yes, Onion Knight's alternate costume is definitely made to look like Luneth, his alternate costume may in fact be Luneth. I would say that he looks like Ingus as he is the only blonde male from FFIII but that is referring to the DS remake. I guess you could say he is mostly based off of the unnamed lead hero of the original FFIII.
