Put this in the "Rate the Sigs" thread. It'll be much easier ;)
Anyway I'd give it about an 8.

Hmmm. Not bad, but maybe make the background a bit more detailed? The pink is hard to see.

Looks pretty nice, but I'm not too fond of the font you used or the jagged lines in the background. The colours are pretty though ^^

I actually like the jagged lines in the background :) They look faintly like swords, or blades. Maybe putting a border around the image?
EDIT: It looks like the pink bar with the font goes from behind her to in front of her right arm. It's just my personal opinion, but I would put it behind.
Another personal opinion/idea (hehe...): You're screenname is MissChoco, but I see you like to use the title "Moon Child" as well. Maybe making the text for "MissChoco" larger, while putting a smaller "Moon Child" beneath or above it. I think that would making a stronger focus on which one to look at. :)

i'v took in the things you said into ccount yurian. but with one exception........
i couldnt remove the pink bar in front of her arm because i saved the image after merging all the layers>yes a stupid thing to do
heres the final sig though with a thin border

I think a solid black border like that is a little too harsh on something so light; for me, I usually just use white on overlay for the border. I like nice thin 1px borders too, but that's just me xD

White borders on overlay make it look shinier and gives it a more professional finish, I think xD
I always add that on to just about all of the ones I do, it's like a habit for me now xDD
