not even moogles and chocobos ! atleast I want some other races FFS,
in recent FF games we saw other races and their presence has been grown since FF8
remember those humanoid under the Balamb Garden ? and ofc Moombas
in FF9 there was so many humanoids ! Freya and Eiko or even Quina !
in FF10 we saw Guado and Ronso
FF11 with Tatootaroo and Elvan, Mythra and Galka
FF12 showed us Vierra, Seek and Bangaa and ofc the cutest Moogle in all FF series
but nothing new with FF13 ! atleast I wanted to see some new footages featuring Chocobos and Moogles !

They're showing Cocoon in screenshots. I've heard most of the game takes place on Cocoon, which naturally, is inhabited by mostly humans, because it's a paradise constructed by a Fal'Cie for humans. Expect dinosaurs, cave-men, and possible lizard men on Pulse.

They weren't the cutest moogles, they were the ugliest. They didn't even look like moogles, they looked like bunny rabbits. They lost all originality in that game. I hated FFX even more because they didn't have moogles or chocobos(you didn't get to ride them).

As for humanoids in FFXIII, I think there probably will be. Cocoon is a high-tech, industrialized, futuristic world. If you remember they even showed dinosaur-looking creatures. Maybe humanoids will be in there but maybe as like a lost civilation or outcasts. Just because they haven't been shown in trailers doesn't mean that they're not going to be in there at all.

but in that case the should have been introduced them by now .... remember abt FF12 races they revealed them at 1sy day ! the same day they unveiled Ashe and Vaan and they showed us Chocobos at SE party
it is only 2 months away from Japanese release and there is no other races :(

There'll be Moogles and stuff in the game for sure, (Maybe as playable as seen in FFVI? ;D )
And their bound to keep a lot of stuff under wraps. We've barely seen anything of Pulse, so I expect there to be something other than Humans at least. I don't think there's been an FF game so far without one other species or more. I'm not expecting to see any that have been so far Ivalice Alliance only, but maybe something along the Lines of the Ronso, or similar to Nanakis race from FFVII.

No, you got to ride them in side-quest missions and such. I understand if you mean you didn't get to as a main thing within the story though. Personally, I want to see a bunch of Fal'cie be born, a cross between a beast and man type of thing, and those little midget races just for the "cute" effect that they give-like a balance. I mean, all Fal'cie are in a way, "born" on earth, right?
