Ok now, since my ps2 was lost I waited until the PS3 to come out before I bought FFXII. And then Sony announces they will remove the ps2 emulation chip and go for software emulation. :(

So after a quick check its two bugs in FFXII emulation.

1, It sometimes freezes a second to load a sound file in etc battle. Thats ok. But,
2. FMV is REALLY laggy. I cant enjoy them. What up with that? (it works sometimes!)

Have you found any other problems?

I've heard a lot of bad things about PS3 compatibility.

Heres a vid from YouTube on it.

that is a old video. They updated that shit three two months ago. Works fine on NA PS3's but yeah I heard that it doesn't run so well on EU ones.

So are you saying that FFXII now works with no glitches or problems or anything? Did they release another update or has the problem somehow fixed itself?

It got fixed because Sony added a firmware >>

Anything you see on youtube about the PS3, Xbox or Wii that is custim-made, don't trust it. If its negative like "the Wii broke my friends wrist, he's a video of it happening" its most likely fake. Its just console fans trying to outdo each other and get their console "to the top."
