WELL I DID!!!!!!! currently in my living room spewing out rock music with motorstorm! just as I'm posting this, my bro is starting a race (he's first, I was at a PS3 test in the end of november) strangely he doesn't drive with motion...well, he's alway's been weird, like most little brothers. can't wait to race again myself and play resistance again, mom came along and the buy was fine. did u get it?

If either of you can tear yourselves away from Motorstorm for a moment, would you be able to provide an assessment of how good the backward compatibility really is? I'd be particularly interested to hear how well the FF games work and if you have noticed any major problems with any other games.

I'm sure a lot of people on here would really appreciate it.:)

I'm typing this on my PS3 with my wireless keyboard :D I can't believe it actually works. The firmware update does take a while but it's improved it quite a bit. Internet works fine and my PSN ID registration from a few months ago worked! I've tried MGS2 for you Flint (don't have any of the PS2 FF's to hand right now) and the screen started going crazy and then said the game wasn't compatible at the moment...WTF! I thought they just forgot to add these games to the list, not exclude them because they don't work entirely. Kind of sucks but I'm far to happy with what I have so far so LALALALALALA! My PSN ID is Kitmitsu so everyone add me and I've added a field for you to enter your ID in your profiles.

That's bad news about MGS2! Can't believe it doesn't work...hopefully Sony will fix it with a future update.

Ive heard that the PS store doesnt have FF7 available for download, but it has FF1,2,4,5,6,8,9,10, and 12. Whats up with that?

sadly, I'm going to granpa this weekend so I don't get to play that much, and with granpa having passed 90, and witha poor hearing, we're not bringing it along *sob* hopefully we do get back home early on sunday, so I get to play some more with my bro at a boys choir consert. and motorstorm ROOOCKS!!! haven't got to play much resistance, got to the bus station, but there we had to change the wheels on the car. then I tried to log on to PNP, but it was unsuccesfully. e-mail and password was right, goddamit...but I*ve had issues before...but we got to make a new account, though, and it's working. that's it for now...

No, it doesnt have any FF's in afraid. :P

Especially PS2 games, its only PS1 and some PS3 (GT Concept) games you can download.

damn my dad...over 50 and can't stand the slightest noise from any of my games, at multiplatform level. but he can easily take any noisy movie...straaaange...and he won't move his butt to a more silent place to avoid that "headache" of his...BUT IMPORTANTLY, MY ID IS "LILLEHAGEN"!!!!! it is one of the reasons why I hate my brother, he thinks S-r-ex leans to much over to me...

i don't have one but i played it on the weekend i won't be getting till around may i think. Anyway if the ps3 was a god motorstorm would be it son. This game is just too good as you watch yourself (if your on the bike) fly through the air like an eagle oh and resistance: fall of man is another great game for the PS3. SONY have made a brilliant machine.

I think i broke my router now anyway, i like slammed it on the floor because it wasn't working, now its just.... not working all together, so im stuck offline to download content until tomorrow . :'( But that shouldn't be a reason for why my ID doesn't work. ;)
