Final Fantasy X-2 Debug Menu

OK not that I know much about it but the other day I was playing FFX-2 and all of a sudden this gray menu showed up I might have pressed a certain button but I'm not sure. I was surprised but Nothing worked after that I pressed all the buttons tried a soft reset nothing worked. I went looking online and I heard about the debug menu that so far was only found in the PAL version of the game. Can anyone help me I have the North American version of the game.

Can you not get out of this grey menu? I've looked up the debug menu and its apparently only been discovered in the PAL version like you said but it could possible be in the NTSC version too.

No I couldn't get out of it I opened the disc tray and then closed it agian but nothing happened. I eventually had to reset it.

When the Debug Menu appears, you have no choice but to reset the system. You won't be able to do anything else.
