Games that I wish were remade are:

FF7
FF6
FF4
Chrono Trigger
any old-school Zelda, especially Ocarina of Time.

I don't expect these to happen, but:

Silent Hill 1
Resident Evil 1 (For PS2/3)
I would cream if they remade 7 but id rather they'd focus on XIII :P

I don't really see the need to remake any of the FF games - it's better to keep moving forward.

I would like to see any of the following Square games re-released or remade for the DS, mainly because most of them didn't get proper English/Worldwide releases, and they're 2D games which are ideally suited to the machine:

Bahamut Lagoon
Live A Live
Secret of Mana
Seiken Densetsu 3
Treasure Hunter G

I think they really should make ps3 versions of Zone of the Enders 1 and 2.
Part 2 was awesome on the ps2 and graphics where fingerlickin good already but just imagine what it would look like on the ps3!! O.O
Oh well they should focus on the psp version (if they're still gonna make it) and part 3 first, but still :p

My answer would be "Grandia" but as all remake are shocking..

I rather they left my perfect but dated game alone.

I wouldn't remind a new Black Mages album if that counts :P

I think that they should remake the old school game boy game Dragon Warrior Monsters, The Star Ocean Saga, and of course FFVII and FFVIII.

You on crack man? FF9 would be the best FF ever if FF7 was never made.

And yes, I dont think FF12 was awful. As an RPG its a great game, but as an FF its utter garbage.

I hated it. I've already said elsewhere. ;P

It was an awful Final Fantasy in my opinion. As a game it was ok, but as an FF it wasnt. It wasnt addictive or anything, it didnt make me want to complete the sidequests because they were so dull.

Anyway, if they did even dare go there, dont expect it soon. xD

No... I hated it because the characters were crap, the airships were crap and the storyline was crap.

s.t.a.l.k.e.r. came out a week ago, however it is a big let down. still totally awesome. graphics however are outdated and there are huge bugs. they fixed them, but ur save files became corrupted.

lol you already said that before when i said I hated FF9. :rolleyes:

Why is it so hard for you to accept that some people don't like FF9? (I like it by the way, so don't start).

Some people love it, some hate it, and to others it's just 'Meh...'. It's really no different to any other game in the series.

It's all just a matter of personal preference, really.

FF9 was a steaming pile of scat because the characters were utter SHIT.

That has to be the most horribly designed character ive seen in a game for quite some time. And bosses are meant to be shockingly cool (e.g. Sephiroth) not camp and lame like Kuja.
