I pay close attention to voice actors as well. :)
David Hayter is an awesome voice actor.
The VA for Cole from inFamous reminds me of David, as well as Clint Eastwood.

Anyway, I don't think I have a favorite VA, but Motoko Kusinagi's a.k.a. the Major from Ghost in the Shell has a calm and cool VA.

Also, I enjoy hearing Scott Menville's voice in a variety of games and shows, such as Max from Dark Cloud, Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia, Robin from Teen Titans, young Albedo from Xenosaga, as well as certain soldiers from the Metal Gear Solid series.

John DiMaggio did a good job in FFX and Futurama. I also like Tara Platt, Paula Tiso and Allison Keith.

When it comes to the japanese va world, Mamoru Miyano, Takahiro Sakurai and Maaya Sakamoto are my favorites.

In FF, Balthier, Al Cid, and Auron. In anime, Vash from Trigun and InuYasha. Overall, the people who voiced Ganon, The King, Zelda, Link, Gwonam, Morshu, and Fari in the CD-I zelda games. :wtf:

Jodi Benson, she did the voice for Millenia in Grandia II.

She is the person who voiced Ariel in the Little Mermaid :wtf:

I was just curious what everyone thought. I pay a lot of attention to who does what voices in video games and i was wanting to see what some of your favorites are.

My all time favorite is David Hayter (Solid Snake)
Others are John DiMaggio and Matt McKenzie.

Billy Zane did a great job in KH1, but he isn't a common voice actor.

^^, David Hayter is brilliant, he really helped bring the MGS story to life for me, back when I didn't know games could do that kind of thing.

I don't know if I could point to any one person and say they are my fav, but there are a lot of voice actors out there who I greatly admire.

James Arnold Taylor. Not for Tidus, but for Rachet, Woldor, and Johnny Test. Occasionally, I enjoy a little Johnny Young Basch (Ichigo, Firion) as long as there is no filler involved.

How could I forget about her? She voiced Raven in Teen Titans and I think she was one of the Power Puff Girls.

She voiced Bubbles.
She's done so much cartoon and game voice overs it makes me jizz.

Pretty much everyone in Final Fantasy XII, I really thought that game had awesome voice work. Especially Balthier.

Fallout 1 & 2 also had some of the best voice work I've heard, pretty much all the voice actors were actual established actors. Talking with The Master was just pure gold.

I also really like Yuri Lowenthal's work most of the time, he was good as Yosuke in P4.

And Fran's voice actress and David Hayter, and uh....Mary Elizabeth McGlynn I think I spelled that right; Shuyu knows who I mean, she loves her. Liam O' Brien just for the sake of Vince in 'Ergo Proxy'

David Hayter (obviously, how could have a list like this and not include him)
Kari Walhgren (but more for her work in Prince of Persia, which I really enjoyed)
Nolan North (for Uncharted of course, and his Walken impression (see Sony Comic-Con highlights video))
And I really enjoyed the cast of FF VII: Advent Children. Although the lip sync was awful I thought that most of the cast really fit their cast (especially Steve Burton for Cloud and Rachel Leigh Cook for Tifa). I hope that when they remake FF VII (they will, trust me) that they get the same cast back for this game.

Yuri Lowenthal. I thought his work in the Sands of Time & the Two Thrones was great. Unlike some people I know, though, I actually preferred Robin Atkin Downes as the Prince's VA.
And, how could I possibly forget? Johnny Yong Bosch.
I never really did pay that much attention to female voice actors, but Fran's is quite good in ffxii, but Balthier's VA just... just... is just too awesome for me to describe.

My name is maria my Favorite Voice Actor are Patrick Steward and Christopher Lee. Both men with impressive voices born from long acting careers. They may not be able to create a dozen different voices, but they do theirs oh so well.
