Well, if you want some serious criticism, I think you may be on to something there. It's a shame that you didn't take more time to do it properly, respecting the proportions (even if it's supposed to be Chibi, there are still proportions that are conventions) and all that in the process. Your lines are sketchy, but I guess some would say it's part of the charm.

You seem to be aiming for a chibi look. In that case, I suggest you draw the character's body way smaller than that (no more than the size of the head, actually), and work on your outline and anatomy. The legs and feet for example look extremely flat and lifeless. Like sticks.
