The Yevon symbol is Yu Yevon's face?

According to http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Yu_Yevon , the article writer states that the Yevon symbol that appears on the creature is actually it's face. I always thought that it was a tattoo on the creature's back, because when you fight him, the camera angle is the other way around. Or does the Yevon logo only glow during his introduction, and then not glow as brightly when you actually fight him?

I was under the impression that the front of his body the other side of this image.

I think the writer of the article meant 'face' as in the side that faces the party, not an actual face with eyes, etc.

If I understand what you're talking about, you're referring to the final, final, final battle one-on-one between Cloud and Sephiroth, which takes place in Cloud's mind. That is actually a scripted battle. Sephiroth has 1 HP. If you stand around like an idiot he'll attack you, but his attack is gravity-based which deals a percentage of HP damage, so he can never kill you even if you hacked the game and gave Cloud 1/1 HP.
